Yep, that's me (not the clown!) when I worked at McDonald's...
I lived and breathed the Golden Arches for 9 years. Say what you like about Maccie's, but you cannot deny they have their systems and processes nailed down.
These days, I'm a qualified Bookkeeper, specialising in helping cafe and takeaway owners to build profitable businesses.
